ABOUT US
Here at Bats Underground, we are driven to improve the connections between the caving community and bat conservation groups.
Our aim is to provide cavers with the tools to better understand the bats they might encounter in underground sites, so that these two groups can work in conjunction with each other.
WHAT WE DO
Bats Underground has been set up as an information service to provide cavers with a central point for information on bats underground. We cover topics such as why bats use underground sites, sensitive times of year for bats, details on bat sensitive gate designs, and some basic bat identification skills
